Andy has been more than helpful throughout the deal with this house. He obviously knows the area well and he had three properties for us to view in our price range. This was the second house we saw and he was very up front about the property as it did need a little bit of cosmetic work. He offered for us the view third property, but after seeing this house we weren't interested. We found the house we wanted. He was very patient as we purchased this house in our super fund and I think this was a first time for everyone involved. It took around 8-9 weeks from when we first saw the house to settlement and a lot of nerve racking running around on our part.
