I called Andy in response to an pre-sale, off market campaign email I received. He answered his phone almost immediately and was highly responsive to a number of early questions I had about price, requirements of the vendors and availability to meet. Prior to our meeting the following morning, Andy had already briefed his agency partner Michael, arriving together, exactly on time, with immaculately prepared and presented research information and sales documentation. The initial conversation and subsequent calls were warm, and oriented towards doing a deal only if needs of both the buyer and the vendor were able to be met. Andy is an agent that clearly goes above and beyond, working out of business hours to enable family life to participate in the buying process. He was always open to more questions, facilitated multiple visits and his regular and responsive communication at every stage provided us with a very high level of confidence, transparency and clarity. This enabled us to make a decision with confidence to purchase our new home, knowing all of the information and feeling at peace that it was a good decision for our family.
