I have contacted 5 agents of which 4 I have interviewed (Andy is one of them). As a start, I did question about Andy's commission as he charges more than anyone else. I had doubts but his knowledge and confidence made me choose him to be my selling agent.... and now I discover that I have definitely made the right choice. Andy is worth every penny the commission he has earned. Andy is very efficient, I gave him very short notice to sell the place and he helped to organise people to do all the work immediately and effectively. He has a very good team, the photographer, the stylist .... everything was done quickly and professionally.
