My family resides most of the time inHong Kong. Last August, we decided to buy a second house in Chatswood for investment. Then we searched the real estate market in Chatswood. Andy Yeung attracted us most because he has more sources than his competitors. So we decided to contact him to arrange houses inspection. We arrived Sydney in Nov. 8 and stayed there for only 5 days. Andy took us to inspect all the houses which were available. However we had no interest. At that moment Andy showed his keen reaction. He contacted the owner of 54 Johnson Street , asking him to grant an early inspection for us. This house was scheduled to release to market after Christmas. We loved that house and signed the sale contract. My experience reflected that Andy is devoted to his career and would try his best not to let his clients down.
