Andy was fast to respond to my enquiries. He gave me a proposed price that was honest and that was what got sold at. He worked extremely hard and even outside typical business hours. His marketing was great and it worked. No fake promises, just purely hard work and getting your house sold. He wasn't pushy to me as well as a seller.
