Reliable and attentive.

As an interstate buyer, I found Ange an extremely reliable communicator throughout the entire buying process. Ange was very attentive and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and share her knowledge of the market. She made herself always available to take calls and her customer service was top notch. I’m not a fan of this new online bidding process as I felt was a bit rushed on short notice on a weekday but I’m glad that Ange was able to communicate with me promptly over the phone throughout this process. I do feel management could have supported Ange better here and improve the bidding experience.
