She could have get us a better price but since she was working for Vendors so most of her intentions were to get good price for Vendor and I think that is probably fair since she was being paid by Vendors and not us. However there were few things we wanted from the Vendors after the settelement and she helped us getting those items. Overall I would rate her a very good Real estate Agent.
