I contacted a number of agents when it came to sell my block of land. A couple of them didn't even bother to reply. One did reply with a standard "copy and paste" response. Angela was a terrific agent even if she was, in a sense, working for the seller. She was always open to talk and provide further information when needed; and she has a knack for moving things along. Of course, it helps that she is incredibly warm and friendly as well as very knowledgeable about Wombarra and surrounding districts.
