My experience with my buyer was less than expected as the buyer was herself a professional real estate agent. The offer was submitted, then a counter offer was submitted at a considerably lesser amount and then came the complaints. 3 building inspections, a contract cancellation, a contract renewal and still more complaints later....the house was sold. Angela was extremely patient and professional throughout to both parties. She kept calm and the sale went through at the original contract price. This is testament to her professional and honest outlook to her work as a real estate agent to both the seller and the buyer.
