My experience with my buyer was less than expected as the buyer was herself a professional real estate agent. The offer was submitted, then a counter offer was submitted at a considerably lesser amount and then came the complaints. 3 building inspections, a contract cancellation, a contract renewal and still more complaints later....the house was sold.
