While being very professional Angela was also pleasant and helpful above and beyond her duties by going out of her way to drop off my new house keys to me while I was staying at a motel.

We sold our house with a tenant in it who would not move out. We had to take the tenant to VCAT, which was a very long and frustrating drawn out period. Angela was very professional in here communication with both us as the Vendors, and the purchaser. An eventual outcome was a great relief to all, and a major contribution to the resolution was Angela's knowledge of how to deal with unusual situations.
