When we decided to sell our home in 2015, we chose Angela to be our real estate agent for two reasons. Firstly, we believed her friendly and helpful style makes buyers feel that she is very approachable and they may open up and provide her with valuable information about their needs. Secondly, we believed that Angela would work exceptionally hard for us after she described her campaign plan for our property. We decided to sell our property in a quite urgent manner. In order to avoid two public holidays and to get the best auction result, we had to get our property staged, photographed and posted online within 3 days. Angela really understood our needs and was fully onboard in terms of organizing everything. We had our initial meeting on a Friday and our property was listed online on the following Wednesday! During the campaign, Angela provided many extra services which other agents may not provide. For example, Angela arranged four Sunday inspections to ensure our property was available to be viewed by all potential buyers. Additionally, Angela generated an information sheet to give to buyers (in addition to the standard brochures) which highlighted features, selling points and other information of the property. Angela also provided weekly reports which contained information on feedback she got from all potential buyers and online viewing activities, etc. Angela even worked for our property at 7.30 at night! We really appreciate and respect her hard-working ethics! We can certainly tell that she has a passion for her job. Her passion for getting the best price was also evident. We were seriously considering a good pre-sale offer but she still did more extra work to confirm who the strongest buyer was and she then negotiated a further $35,000 from the buyers before we signed the contract!
