My husband and I thought we had agreed on a local agent, until we met Angela! Before meeting her, we were a little concerned that she worked for a large business network. However, it was because of this extensive support team that she was able to provide us with her expert individual attention. Also, because this was a deceased estate, Angela provided empathy and a genuine interest in the history of our 75-year-old family home. Despite there only being one bidder, Angela kept the auction alive and successfully negotiated and closed the deal with a young couple who obviously appreciated our mid-century home.
