Communication was terrible from the beginning. Slow to reply to all parties and at times rude to both myself and the settlement agent. Unhelpful and lacked knowledge of basic rights of the buyer. Awful from start to finish. We are still suffering as a result of purchasing through this unprofessional and deceitful agent.
