I haven't met Angela face to face but her professionalism over the phone won us over, she tackled all the issues in relation to sale of our property ( far beyond what was expected of her ), she advised us at every step , achieving a great positive outcome. Angela is simply the best local agent and someone you can definitely rely on. She has the best local area market knowledge and is the ultimate professional. Angela is great at keeping you informed and up to date, be it after every open house or with every potential offer and/or interaction with a potential buyer. The sale of our property was stopped because of legal issues outside of ours and the purchaser’s control. Angela was able to keep the line of communications open between us and the purchaser so that a solution could be found and he sale proceed, to the delight of all parties. During this process, Angela was most helpful with providing information and details so that the matter could be concluded.

We could think of no other agent but Angela to sell our property, as she has been extremely successful in selling a previous property in double quick time. With "show days" not being allowed in our complex, Angela still managed to bring a record number of feet through our unit. She KNOWS the art of responding to enquiries on the same day and brought them through within a matter of hours. We would certainly use Angela again should we need to!

Angela was always on time and kept me up to date throughout. Communication is very important to me and she didn’t let me down
