Quick, easy and professional

The purchase of this particular property was for my son Callum and his partner Elizabet. They chose the property and did the negotiations and arranged the inspections with the Agent Angela Pietzner. Although both my son and his partner were under 21 at the time , Angela treated them with all the dignity and fairness that would be expected of an agent - she answered their questions and made them feel comfortable in their decision making. We felt that it was important they understood the stages of purchase and had the full experience with the agent as invariably, this will not be the last house they buy- When the time for the contracting signing arrived, although surprised that it was my husband and I doing the purchasing, Angela was unfazed and very professional. The settlement went off without a hitch and was quick and easy We received a lovely gift pack with all the welcome home goodies that we passed on to Callum and Elizabet - they were delighted and did the photo in front of the board with the sold sticker and photographed all the goodies to share their happy news with family and friends. They have since gone on to undertake amazing renovations and will no doubt call on Angela when the time comes to discuss the future! We would recommend Angela to anyone looking to sell.
