The property sold for significantly less than Angela had lead me to believe when she initially appraised it. I had several other appraisals which were consistent with the eventual sale price. After only a short period Angela suggested I reduce the price (to a price consistent with the other appraisals). The only conclusion is that Angela either miss-read the market, or deliberately overstated the expected sale price in order to attract the property sale from me. My Seller's disclosure also highlighted an issue which was not picked up by the Agent and had to be rectified at my cost prior to sale.

Nothing was too hard and made the process easy and a pleasant experience.
