Keeping in mind the agent is paid by the vendor to act on their behalf first and foremost, as they should. We found Angela to be very helpful and respectful of us as prospective purchases and once the offer was accepted, could not of been more helpful to us , this consumed a great deal of her valuable time, but it was given with grace and patience . From the first meeting with Angela I knew I could work with her, Angela knows the Bendigo area and guided me with all the information I needed to know regarding the right price range to sell my house, how to prepare and present my house and would give me feedback on the open house and negotiated the price I wanted.
