Angela worked very hard for us as our agent and is a skilled and informed property seller. Angela gathered lots of information about, and built strong relationships with potential buyers. At our regular status meetings, Angela was able to talk at length and in detail to us about each potential buyer - just from the information in her head. Angela knew each potential buyers issues, and had strategies for them. Not all agents work to understand their buyers this well. Angela spent long periods of time with potential buyers to work with them, to get them to where we needed them to be in order for us to sell the property to them. We sold at a bad time during Covid 19 and the market was moving & shifting around - this was disconcerting at times, but Angela was always very positive and gave us confidence and reassurance.
