Angelia was mostly very helpful & commited. Long hours in a very tough sales market. Took longer than expected to sell but again market was hard with banks not as open to lending to prospective buyers.

I first looked at a property with my father in law and instantly fell in love however I was advised by Angelia on the day that an unconditional offer was required by the following Friday. I knew this would be impossible for us so sadly, just wrote the property off our short list. Angelia followed up with me on the following Wednesday and asked if I was going to put in an offer. I explained our situation to her and advised her that uncondional by Friday would not be possible and expressed that I really did love the house. From there, Angelia did everything she could in conjunction with the current owners to help us make an offer and eventually have our offer accepted. I'm sure that as we had offered the most money for the property, that Angelia stood to make some extra money from the sale to us BUT I also truely believe that she really wanted to help us. Angelia was nothing but honest and extremely helpful throughout our first home buying experience and I cannot thank her enough for securing us our perfect first family home.
