We have known Angelica since late 2019 from that time our Unit was tenanted through Raine & Horne. She with her team smoothly continued the maintenance and attended to any issues/complaint arose from the tenants. Monthly statements of rental were prompt and timely issued. Such an admirable professionalism was very much appreciated. When we decided to sell the UNIT we had no hesitation to engage Angelica. During the period for sale in 2023 ,though the Bank interest was a challenge ( higher and higher for the purchaser) Angelica was very reassuring to us. She diligently pursued with many buyers keeping in mind the offer that would be attainable and so she did ! During the course of display and promotion of sale Angelica kept us informed all throughout even with personal phone-calls. We, my wife and I are very impressed with her regular communication and professionalism. We recommend any buyer/seller to engage ANGELICA and her team to get the best service.
