The marketing strategy suggested by Angelica was highly successful with advertising and video on select sites and social media which drove a high volume of interest and a great turn out at the home opens. My home was sold in a fairly quick turnaround through the Openn Negotiation portal to a cash buyer. At all times in the process, Angelica was available for any questions and to walk me through the fairly emotional process of selling the family home. The weekly reporting was excellent with very careful documentation of all interactions.
