Angelo Bafunno remained professional throughout the entire process. He had great knowledge of the local area & current market. He was very open & honest with the current market & kept me updated with all inspections & prospective buyers. No questions or queries I had for him were an issue & he did all he could to achieve a successful result on auction day. During the auction he worked hard with prospective buyers & though the auction passed in during that process, he remained on scene & was able to achieve a price I was happy with during negotiations with the eventual buyer, approximately 1/2 an hour later. Angelo took over from an agent ( family friend) who was seriously ill. Even though not from our area, Angelo was meticulous in the preparation for the sale of our home. He told it as it was. No sugarcoating the price expectations… he explained the economic conditions, and that our price was somewhat achievable if we advertised the property properly. At all times courteous, reliable, on time, but the constant feedback we received was excellent. He phoned quite often to keep us informed on how the sale process was for going. My wife and I were very nervous about the sale, but Angelo was always reassuring that we would achieve our goal. We may not have reached our price, but taking into account the economic conditions of the day, we did fairly well. Angelo left his area of expertise, and performed exceptional well in our area. There is no bad word I can say against Angelo. Whatever we asked of him , he obliged always with a warm smile. Nothing was ever too much for him. All I would like to say is THANK YOU ANGELO, we can now move on to the next chapter in our lives. ‘Not a painful experience’.
Angelo is a genuine and honest bloke before being an excellent real estate agent. I have known Angelo for close to 10 years and he successfully looked after a couple of properties for me. Whenever I consulted him, he provided genuine and honest opinion/advice helping my decision making process easier. He never ever pushed for a sale/purchase unlike most of the real estate agents out there in the market. We had a different type of home that we were selling, not quite a house but different to a unit, as our unit was one of 4 on the property but with a large piece of land, private back yard, and being seperate and detached. Angelo positioned our property expertly on the market and found a number of interested parties to attend and bid on auction day, providing a better than expected result.
