I've dealt with several real estate agents over the years and can honestly say that my experience with Angelo was second to none. Angelo is extremely driven and persisted with the sale over an extended campaign - which was crucial in the current environment. He was honest and upfront about what he believed he could deliver from the outset, and ultimately, delivered the result. He did not try and backtrack or talk me down (something I find is far to common with many agents today), but rather remained focused on the listing and simply got the job done. Angelo is an approachable, personable, genuine operator, a good communicator listening to what you have to say and what you would want to achieve, rather than a "pushy salesperson" pursuing his own agenda. He is also well informed, providing plenty of information in regards to the market and in regards to proceedings with potential buyers to assist with decision making. Be a seller with Angelo if you can help it. Buyers beware! Expect a luxury service experience as he sells your studio or 1 bedder with the same rare and unbounded enthusiasm usually reserved for the penthouse. Don't confuse it for typically over-zealous salesmanship, Angelo is a good person, you can tell he was raised in a good family. He just likes diving head first into the trenches for you, in a suit, with a smile.
