I had a genuinely fantastic experience working with Angelo to buy my new home. What I appreciated most was how personable, proactive and easy to deal with he was. I always felt I was getting an honest view and sensible advice, rather than a sales pitch. His communication was excellent throughout. He kept me well informed, anticipated what needed to happen next and was proactive in moving things forward. I never felt I had to chase or wonder what was happening, which made an enormous difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. I also really appreciated the way he balanced the interests of both sides of the transaction. While he was, of course, acting for the seller, I always felt that he dealt with me fairly and transparently and was straightforward about where things stood. He managed the process in a way that gave me confidence that both parties were being treated professionally and respectfully, which I particularly valued. Most importantly, I felt I could trust what he told me. I am thrilled with the home I have bought and very grateful to Angelo and the wider R+W team for helping me get there.
