We thank Angelo for having helped us in sale of our investment. We have known Angelo for many years and knew that he was the best agent for the job. In a difficult market, where there were multiple apartments for sale in our complex, he achieved an amazing result in a short time. Thank you Angelo!
Angelo & his colleagues at Doyle Spillane Dee Why are the Sydney northern beaches dream team. Angelo's professionalism, passion & dedication is exemplary. Of particular benefit is the sincerity in Angelo's modus operandi & his genuine desire to act ethically. Angelo & the Doyle Spillane Dee Why team deserve our highest commendation.
Thanks Angelo! You have made the sale process so easy and stress free. You kept us informed throughout the whole campaign and we are so happy with the result!
When selling our beloved first home we needed an agent who was compassionate and understanding. Angelo and Stephen were professional, reliable and went above and beyond to sell our home. They assisted us with organising renovations as we lived 8 hours away. Angelo and Stephen kept in constant communication and worked incredibly hard to sell our home within a week and above our asking price. We could not recommend Angelo, Stephen and the whole Doyle Spillane team enough.
Our recent purchasing journey was seamless with Angelo at the helm. Will gladly engage Angelo for our next property endeavor.
Pleasure to deal with Angelo on our recent and past purchases. Angelo was fantastic throughout the whole purchasing process. Very approachable and great communicator. I believe Angelo has extensive knowledge of the northern beaches. We are incredibly grateful for his support and would highly recommend his service for buying or selling.
Angelo has a great knowledge of the Dee Why area and is therefore able to advise buyers of the ins and outs of Dee Why. Nothing was a problem for Angelo and his communication was great and always available when you called him. I would highly recommend Angelo.
Angelo makes a vendor feel prioritised. He achieved a great result in a short time. He is honest and reliable; both he and his offsider Zac ensured that we could stay remote by using his team of professionals to style our unit. We highly recommend Angelo Goutzios and Doyle Spillane Dee Why.
Local and product knowledge superb. Angelo made the experience of selling my property delightful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Angelo and his team to anyone that is thinking of selling. Stress free, always being advised on the progress and available if you had any further questions. Achieved a great sale price in a very short time. Professional at all time. Congratulations
We had Angelo sell our investment and everything was perfect! We thank him and his team.
My partner and I started looking for our first home in September of last year. As we had never looked to buy before, we were very nervous and stressed by it all. That was until Zac and Angelo reached out to let me know of a property, that turned out to be the one! Due to Angelo's fantastic communication, knowledge and professionalism, we found the process from viewing our new home to signing the contract, stress free and beyond exciting! We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done!
It was a pleasure to meet and purchase from Angelo. His extremely knowledgeable about the property market (both sales and rentals) in the Northern Beaches area. Very personable, genuine and trustworthy. We really appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Highly recommend Angelo!
