We chose Angelo because his knowledge of the local area was extensive, his presentation was thorough and his communication empathic. We found him extremely helpful in preparing the property for market, all worry was taken from us. It was a stress free process because he was in constant contact informing us of actions taken and progress.
Angelo was a joy to purchase from and has gone above and beyond to accommodate both the vendor and ourselves at different stages of the process which is very admirable. I would highly recommended him to family and friends!
Angelo's knowledge of the Dee Why real estate market from his 17 years in the area was evident from the outset. He was trustworthy and had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process.During the sale process he kept me informed about my home and the Dee Why market in a timely manner. He communicated clearly where we were at as the campaign moved forward and how we should proceed. Angelo is personable and professional and he worked very hard to get the best outcome for me.
As a first time home buyer, Angelo was very accommodating and professional in helping me lock in my property. Was always easy to contact and forthcoming with any information I needed.
Angelo is one of those agents that delivers on his promises and works with you to get the best outcome. He walked us through the process and kept us well informed at each stage. We were not actively on the market, and unlike other agents that promised amazing outcomes, Angelo simply delivered one.
Angelo was very helpful during the purchase process. Supplying us with all the necessary information we were after and was very transparent through it all.
Angelo is very professional and informed us and advised us of all the steps required in purchasing a unit . We would not hesitate to recommend him to deal with in Real Estate matters .
Our experience when dealing with Angelo was very positive. He was up front and personable. Angelo was not overly pushy, but was keen to close the sale and worked diligently with us to get things over the line in a tight timeframe. Would recommend his services

He made the whole process so quick and easy, he is also a great agent to work with being so easy going, professional, hard working and always available to communicate with especially at the this time of the year. Would highly recommend Angelo to all. Thanks champion!!
Owning an investment property and living outside the Dee Why area we decided to select our selling agent after meeting three local agents over two days. We selected Angelo, from the outset he demonstrated a wealth of local knowledge covering recent unit sales across Dee Why from all agencies. Angelo illustrated to us the price differentials between units similar to ours, this process enabled us to collectively establish a reasonable and achievable sales price within our agreed timeframe. We appreciated how Angelo was transparent to our tenants, all prospective purchaser and ourselves. Angelo kept us updated every step along the way, he delivered on everything he indicated to us from day one. If you looking for an open, honest, transparent real estate agent within Dee Why we recommend you select Angelo you won’t go wrong.
