We put the deposit down after first viewing and also liked the vendor to sign the contract so we could secure the deal. However the vendor was away and had difficulty to access and sign the contract online. During the process, Angelo had been very patient and pleasant to everyone, gave clear instruction to vendor over the phone even he was running late for the concert on Saturday night. Luckily we sealed the deal at the end and Angelo was able to make to the concert. Everyone was happy.
