It's evident that Starr Partners have much higher quality tools at their disposal with the information and material that was provided. Our circumstances meant we required a quick sale, and Angelo offered us a two week program called Property Launch. It was exactly what we were looking for. A two week sales campaign where the Starr Partners sales team all have a shot at finding a buyer and putting forward their best offers. We sold during the COVID19 pandemic at the start of May, so it was a tough market and buyers were scarce. Although Starr Partners fee was slightly more than their competitors, it was definitely money well spent and Angelo achieved an outcome for us that we don't believe other agents could have delivered which meant we more than made up for the fee we paid. Even now, two months later, similar properties are selling for $20,000-$30,000 less than what we sold for (by agents that we had interviews with too).
