Their calm professional and friendly approach made this a great experience. Surprisingly ADHD/Autism friendly, but maybe that's because they treat potential buyers as people as people first and foremost and meet them where they are at. They are good at their job, but they are also amazing at keeping things human. I did not even disclose my diagnosis and especially Gary just seemed to grasp the correct level of following up with me and giving me time and space to process the information. Just having conversations/updates via text/email when I was not able to pick up the phone/was too overwhelmed to pick up the phone/process spoken information. (I met other agencies who had properties that I would have been interested to put in offers but their constant calls/pressure have been too overwhelming/often to actually process the information so I ended up not putting in offers for those properties because I was too overwhelmed) 10/10 would recommending them to anyone who is a bit overwhelmed by the whole process and needs someone who meets them where they are at.
