We put up our property for sale at a critical time with uncertainty in the market. Even though odds were against us achieving our goal figure in a changing market, Angelo was able to negotiate a fair figure, despite rates possibly rising, and elements out of our control. Angelo is an honest agent who works with different personalities and takes their needs on board. Angelo was well aware of all possibilities with our land size and future potential, however he was patient while we took some time coming to the same conclusion. Some agents will shut these needs down too soon, and it takes time and compromise, for an agent to show they are working in the vendor’s best interests.
