Angelos was great to deal with from the start. He maintained very efficient communication throughout the sales campaign, and although he is a director of the company was personally involved at all stages of selling our property. Although initial sales estimates were a little off before having viewed the property, he did carefully manage expectations when he had a good sense of the property was (and wasn't). His sales value estimate was accurate to almost the dollar. Gave good advice regarding what to improve within the property and was very practical with this (even helped recommend suitable trades we could use). Suggested the stylist that made a huge difference. This was my first experience selling a property, and I would certainly use would certainly use Biggin & Scott Elsternwick again. I have no problem recommending Angelos to anybody else who is looking to sell in the area.
