Angie right from the start was friendly,personable and yet professional.The initial paperwork she did efficiently and made straightforward.Then with the inspection she gave excellent advice on how to best present the property and prepare it for the professional photographer;he was most impressed. After that she had very regular open inspections and informed me of the progress.When it came to the documentation for the contract she was again very helpful,considerate & efficient,as well as with the sale contract;which only took barely 2 months.I would highly recommend Angie to any buyer/seller as a friendly, efficient,helpful, and most professional real estate agent.
