Absolutely highly recommend Angie. 5years ago I bought my first home from Angie and now we have just sold it for a good price before even going to market due to her knowledge and connections. Ang stuck with us for three years while we waited for the council to release the land in Beecher Estate. Lowtian, the developer, were also helpful—but it was Ang who really acted as the go-between and did the most to support us throughout the process. We believe we paid a fair price for a beautiful block, and judging by how quickly the others are selling, it was well worth the wait. They even honoured the price we originally offered three years ago, which we really appreciated. Ang struck us as honest, patient, and hard-working—qualities that are unfortunately rare in the real estate world. Steven should be nice to her. Maybe even give her a raise. Or a new billboard. Just saying.
