Had to contact Angus’s boss just to look at the house to start with as Angus wouldn’t return my calls or emails. The house sold itself. Angus was nothing but a pain to deal with. In my opinion I did all the work. Very hard to communicate and respond to calls and emails. Longer settlement as Angus had holidays without telling us. Spoke to James a few times and he sorted things out.
