We were looking for an investment property in the local area when we came across this property on the Saturday and viewed it on the same day. We spoke to Angus at the open and asked for more information about the property. We viewed the property again on Monday after crunching our numbers and obtaining other information we needed. Angus provided additional information he didn't have on the Saturday. We made an offer on Monday and signed a contract on Tuesday. We took possession of the property four weeks later.
