Angus Gorrie was a fabulous agent. He is very good at identifying and chasing up potential buyers - and really listening to what people want in a property. He kept us informed throughout about who was interested in the property and also gave us realistic evaluations of how the campaign was progressing. He was willing to work outside hours to drum up interest in our property and managed to set up a good auction. When none of the registered bidders actually bid at the auction, Angus then negotiated effectively with them so that we were able to sell on the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Angus as an agent.
