As I was working remotely from the property location, this added additional complexity to the process, especially wirh regards to coordination with tenant, contractors etc... No matter how big or small the problem, Angus and his team were on hand to solvev it. His performance as an auctioneer was faultless.

Angus has great knowledge of the area, a very easy manner and highly developed sales skills.
Choosing the right agent can be tricky. Something felt right about Angus from when I first me him. I found him honest and reliable. He did not try over convince me, he did not oversell. He was just himself and he delivered. My advice is go with him and listen and apply his recommendations - he knows what he is doing.
