We decided to engage the services of Ania and Lee from McGrath after interviewing a few different agencies. Our unit was somewhat unique for the suburb, with a large outdoor balcony facing north and overlooking the river. While the other agents just looked at the "historical data" when suggesting prices to list for a 2 bedroom unit in the suburb, Ania and Lee saw the unique nature of the property and were both excited and inventive with their marketing approach. They certainly made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision engaging them. Although we had started down the path of an auction campaign, covid-19 hit a couple of weeks in, which limited inspections and also blocked the opportunity for an auction in the original timeframe. Despite this, Ania and Lee worked hard with the interested parties to negotiate an agreeable price. Even without the emotion usually associated with auctions, they were able to secure a suburb record price for our unit, and almost $200k above the previous record. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Ania and Lee to anyone looking to sell in the area.

We first met Ania and Lee in early March 2020 when we were interviewing Real Estate agents to act on our behalf with the sale of our 3 bedroom Meadowbank apartment.
