Over the intervening months Ania would occasionally touch base to give us a market update and discuss our circumstances. This was always done in the most courteous and professional way and without any pressure to list with her. Once we decided to sell it was clear that we would use Ania as along with our prior contact with her, she had set (and continues to set) record sales prices in the area. Was a pleasant agent to deal with but the sales process would have been more effective if core information had been gathered at the start rather than having to be extracted during the process. If I had been selly the property I would have been disappointed that information was not provided to possible purchasers in a more timely manner. Note: it appeared that much of this issue related to the vendor and their solicitor but the agent should have pushed to get basic strata and other information before the sales process started

Bottom line, above 3 other local agents Ania not only got what i wanted but achieved a higher result, within 2 weeks sold and delivered, even though my place was for sale for over 12 months with others. Cannot ask for more, 100% recommended.
