After my initial meeting with Ania I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the market in my suburb and the extremely high results she had achieved and would achieve for my property. She said that she had some clients that were looking for a property just like mine. I knew at that meeting that she was the one to sell my unique property and we thought that it would sell off market. There was nothing like it on the market so the expectations on both our ends to achieve a great result were high. Unfortunately this was not the case. Whether it be the market or the marketing, it did not go according to plan both in price and how long it took to sell the property so for me it was a very disappointing result. However Ania and Nicki were always professional and courteous. I was grateful to them that I was able to have the full deposit released due to the very long settlement.
