Experienced and Easy to deal with

From the first contact and meeting, right up till date of settlement, I found Anika to be very professional and easy to deal with. She was sensitive to the family situation around the sale, which made things easier for me; She was realistic with price expectations for the area and what needed to be done to maximise the price and in the end, we achieved more than we expected by about $50k. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her, including having a long phone call late in the evening on Boxing Day night, to fit in with my schedule. Would recommend her and use her services again.
