Anil was a pleasure to deal with, an experienced and knowledgeable agent that we were grateful to have in our corner. Through what was a drawn out and at times difficult process (through no fault of Anils), we felt thoroughly supported and kept up to date, knowing that Anil was always on to it. Anil was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him.
Anil was brilliant from the first moment I contacted him. He enabled us to view a property the day it came onto the market. And we ended up purchasing it. Very responsive to all communication, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use The Agency again and have recommended them to numerous people. Thanks Anil for your help and patience.
I found Anil to be very professional with a very sound knowledge of the East Perth market. He was always available to discuss any of my concerns and provided solutions to my satisfaction.
Extremely professional, great service and communication both with Anil and Matt, have no hesitation in recommending their services. More so, Anil is just a great person , who takes care of business.
Anil is a true professional who has a keen passion for everything real estate. He maintains an in-depth knowledge of the market so that he can provide his customers with correct and up to date information. Most importantly - he listens to his customers and delivers what they want. He has achieved the desired result for us many times and we would recommend him to anyone.
Thank you Anil and Matt. You were kind, patient and accomodating. I appreciate everything you did for my first time buying a home on my own.
Anil made the whole process feel easy and was a positive experience.
Very professional Good communications Good follow up Good knowledge of current market conditions.
This sale was not a pushover, as I had a very difficult tenant that had to be pacified and reasoned with to do the open home and inspections, Anil had an uphill battle all the way. He handled the situation himself without getting me the owner involved for that I am very thankful. He is most professional and did an outstanding job. A very astute, helpful reliable guy. I would highly recommend him. Regards Norm
