Anil is a true professional. Provided great advice for presenting the property in the best way, accurate pricing assessment and worked hard on the negotiation. Will certainly do business again and highly recommend.
Matt and Anil have been very accommodating to all my questions and concerns at the start of the purchasing process. Similarly throughout preparation for the settlement. They responded promptly and I believe have given fair and balance service to both myself as the buyer and the seller.
Anil was excellent with his knowledge of the property and the best way to present it for sale. Made the process stress free and helped me achieve a great outcome!
Anil and Matt didn’t have the easiest of times during my apartment being on the market. A very wet winter saw heavy rain every home open leading to small turnouts, however, through their knowledge of the industry and technical know how, they were able to secure the sale and get me the price I was after. Very satisfied customer
Anil is very professional and knowledgeable agent who is well versed in the current market environment. I found him to be able to look out of the square with regards to my property which was a little different from standard homes on the market which gave me a more than satisfying result when it came to the sale.
From our first inspection and right to the day of getting the keys for our new home Anil was great! He explained everything about the property and the process, very important for first home buyers like us! We will definitely deal with Anil next time we need to sell or buy a house!
Thanks to Anil’s assistance, we now have a place for long term family home. Anil has been helpful in the process and while there were issues, Anil managed to keep us up to date where things are. A very experienced and knowledgeable person. Thank you Anil.
Anil was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire selling process. He was friendly and professional and always available to listen and provide feedback. I would highly recommend Anil for anyone looking to sell.
It has been a very long time for me since buying a home. Matt Wells was amazing to deal with, very accommodating and went above and beyond to get the information I needed. I could not have asked for better customer service and would recommend The Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell.
