Anil represented the seller of my first home. I was the buyer. At the home open, Anil was friendly and not pushy at all. When I put in my offer, Anil went above and beyond to fix a clerical mistake that I made in my offer which would have otherwise cost me thousands of dollars. When settlement was delayed by missing keys and other issues from the pre-settlement inspection, Anil and his coworker (Matt Wells) were extremely patient, helpful, and responsive. In the end, all the issues that I'd raised were either fixed before settlement, or Anil and Matt were able to negotiate adequate compensation on my behalf from the seller to have the issues fixed after settlement. Overall I was extremely happy with the quality of service, especially considering how busy things must be for anyone in Real Estate at the time of writing (mid-2021).
