Anil and his team were very professional in the way they carried out the sale of our property, keeping us fully informed of the progress and looking after anything required to progress the sale. Sale and settlement happened very smoothly without any issues. Anil was great to work with during this time. Would fully recommend Anil to anyone requiring an agent to sell their property.
This was my first home purchase, and my first time living in Perth also. Thanks to Anil's knowledge and professionalism, the process was straightforward and seamless. Thanks Anil!
I was greatly impressed with Anil’s professionalism and efficiency from the start of the selling process to the very end. There were no setbacks and any queries that I had were answered promptly. He was very easy to reach and always returned calls if unable to answer at the time. I found him polite, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Furthermore, the team at The Agency offices were likewise friendly and professional whenever I called. Overall a great and painless experience with no hiccups from start to finish.
Anil was always ready to take a phone call at any time, answer any questions and help in any way he could. He had lots of knowledge of what was happening in the market. As I had a good experience in buying a house through him, I decided to give him the sale of my apartment. which he did quickly and got a great result. Could not find any fault so no complaints!
Although it took a while to sell our unit Anil kept us informed along the way.
This is the second time I have used Anil to sell a property for me and he has also sold me a property. Anil is always the consummate professional and at all times is available for answer any queries during the process. I would highly recommend home as an agent.
Anil listened and responded to my needs. He was available when I made contact and helpful with my questions. Nothing was too difficult for him.
Selling our house was a great experience from the start to the end with Anil and Matt. We have bought and sold multiple properties before, and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences. Both Anil and Matt were easily contactable and very prompt with responses to any queries we had. The strategy, planning and organising home open was very impressive. They made every effort to make the process simple and get the best price for the house. I would highly recommend Anil.
Pleasent young gentleman provided great service. Always available with advice and assistance so as to ensure a seamless process. Definitely recommend.
A big thank you to Anil & Matt for making the purchase of my home stress free and easy. They were accomodating, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
Matt and Anil were fantastic! Helped us in anyway and were extremely patient with us! Would highly recommend to anyone
