Anils assistant Rhiannon was on top of all the back office work and was easy to deal with. Overall very happy with my experience with Anil & verse property.
Our first impressions of Anil was drawn from the home open. We found that he was approachable and willing to answer questions without hesitation despite the home being situated outside his usual listing area. The negotiation process was a little bumpy, but we got there in the end due to Anil's efforts with aligning all parties together. The period between offer acceptance and settlement was a breeze as we found that Anil was organised with allowing access to the property when needed for various inspections. Upon settlement, we had a mini celebration with him when he handed over the keys - this was a nice touch. We were mostly impressed with the follow up that occurred after settlement as he provided solutions to some minor issues (which we believe other agents would have ignored). Overall, he is a genuine person to deal with, and made the buying process a positive experience for us.
Anil made the experience of buying my first property as hassle free as possible. He answered any question or concern I had and was great at negotiating my offer with the owner. Anil also worked well with my mortgage broker and settlement agent in making sure everything was ready for settlement. I would like to also make mention of Anil's personal assistant, Rhiannon. Rhiannon has been a great help to me, even after settlement. She has answered any question or concern I had and has been a great point of contact for sorting any issues I have had with the property. I would gladly recommend Anil and his team to my friends and family.

Anil assisted me through my first property purchase and made the process relatively stress and pain free.
