In this day n age customer service, response time, respect, kindness, professionalism, market knowledge, experience n understanding of people n their unique lifestyle are far divorced from the reality that many people live in n when they reaching out to find out about the possibility of purchasing a solid investment. Well, Anil ticked all these boxes n more. The most frustrating thing I always deal with is when people have zero empathy for FIFO workers n the unique situation they find themselves in; up at 0345 and back in their rooms around 1830 with zero reception between these hours over 2 weeks for 2/3 of a year. Anil was well aware, empathetic n had bent over backwards to accommodate us n made this sale smooth n possible. He is a unique person with undeniable market knowledge, empathy, experience n full understanding for his clients, very professional n his negotiating skills are second to none. What a breath of fresh air he was to deal with n he even went above n beyond his call of duty to accommodate us due to us being FIFO workers; taking calls after hours n over weekends n on top of this I am aware that he has a family as well. I will recommend his 5-star platinum service over n over again. It is very rare in today's world that you find a gem of a human being like him so I would definitely want to do future business with him because I trust him as well as his judgement in the property market n the report he built with us in a short space of time. Even the turnaround time of calls n messages were prompt within expected reasonable times, whether over a weekend or week days. He is a real asset in today's market where people have just become either non-chalant or 'cannot-be-bothered' with clients needs n situations they find themselves in. Kudos to a man that will definitely be more than successful in his journey because of the package he brings to the proverbial table.
