Angst-free sale of property

We were in urgent need to sell my Aunt’s property because she needed to go into care earlier than anticipated. We had a large sum of money to find for her residential accommodation deposit. A friend of the family referred us to Anil. He was very helpful, gave us an insight as to what similar properties were going for in the area. Also provided us with all the information we needed along this selling journey. The house was sold within days and settled just 6-weeks later. We got the price we expected and settled without a hitch. Anil was exceptional, always patiently answering our questions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
