A good result to finally sell the house

This was the second time that I had this property on the market. On the first attempt I received no offer after the property was on the market for 5 months. I then put the property on the rental market to receive a good return. I then asked Anil to place the property back on the market, while rented, to see if we could get any investors interested in the property. This was successful and the property was able to sell quickly. The property didn't sell at the listed price, and I accepted a price that was about 30K under the asking price. On sale, I offered to Anil additional keys and paperwork for the new owners. I ended up having to take these into the agents office. I assume Anil received then, as I didn't receive any response. Also a bit surprised I didn't receive any gift, as I have previously, from the agent. The agent took a lot of commission, in addition to the money that I had to put upfront, so some acknowledgement would have been nice, especially since I have had several transactions with Anil over the past few years.
