Not trustable

He sells houses with false promises. He sold a house to me. In the house promotion he listed Ducted heating as one of the feature available in the house. During pre-settlement inspection we found it's not working. When we told him,he said he will get that fixed and told to trust him and given promise. So we allowed the settlement to pass. But after settlement his response is different. He told many stories to avoid from his promises. Later he said he will bear the replacement cost. So we went for replacement. But later he said he don't bear full money and started negotiations. We got upset and reliased he deceived us. Finally we ended up paying all replacement cost from ourselves. We did wrong by trusting him
